Paiqi Metal fabricates in Kosovo and also works with customers in Switzerland. For a project in the Zurich area, clear coordination helps: which documents are available, what will be supplied and who will carry out the work on site? We discuss these points before the order is agreed.
Start with the information you have
Send the drawings, photos or sample details already available. Every detail does not need to be fully designed before the initial enquiry.
Purpose and quantity
Explain what the component will be used for and how many are needed. Mark any unusual connections or installation conditions.
Material and finish
Include known material, finish and appearance requirements. We keep track of the decisions that still need to be made.
Confirm the approved information
Before fabrication, we agree the dimensions, design and drawing revision to be used. Changes need to remain clear to everyone involved.
Review and approval
We agree who will check the dimensions and drawings and who will approve the design. Responsibilities are discussed explicitly.
Changes
New information is checked against the previous version. Any effect on scope and sequencing is discussed before the change is made.
Coordinate supply and handover
Transport and installation need clear information too. The services included are agreed for each individual order.
Transport and documents
Packaging, the delivery address, shipping documents and responsibility for transport and import are part of the order discussion.
On site
Access, unloading, temporary storage, installation and preferred timing are agreed with the responsible people.
